Sheila is a Partner in Kaggwa & Kaggwa Advocates heading the Corporate Advisory team. She handles legal due diligences, advises on corporate transactional structuring, commercial operational agreements. She also has an impressive understanding of the local regulatory framework to advise on compliance issues, licensing regimes and issues affecting local and foreign investors. Sheila has done trainings with African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) and she has registered several Copyrights & Trademarks. She is also a Chartered Company Secretary
